Saddle Rack (T-0705)

Introducing the Z 800-1924SR Saddle Rack (T-0705), a robust double-sided solution specifically designed to suit One Tonne trays. This rack measures approximately 1905mm high x 2400mm long, featuring a 130mm usable step and capable of accommodating panel heights up to 1850mm high. It is custom-made to fit over existing Ute trays.

Key Features:

• Design: Z 800-1924SR Double-sided Saddle Rack, made to fit over existing Ute tray.
• Dimensions: 1905mm high x 2400mm long (approx.), 130mm usable step (to suit panel height up to 1850mm high).
• Clamp Bars: 4 x Standard 1905mm high clamp bars (2 per side).
• J-Bracket: Standard J-Bracket to top of Clamp bar (Overall 235mm), with a 60mm tongue at the base.
• Winder System: Provision for 2 x Winders/Gearboxes per bar, evenly spaced, complete with turn wheels and 250mm Thrust arm.

Construction Details:

• Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, with a powder-coated White finish.
• Sign Panels: White Colourbond Sign panels along the top of the rack.
• Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to custom BGE (Mill finish) Aluminium support rails.
• Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
• Access: Removable panel for access to rear wheels.
• Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps, with a Mill finish Aluminium Angle deflector panel to the front of the step, 800mm high.
• Step Angle: Front & Rear step of rack set at 15°.

Additional Options:

• ZO-EXT-2400 (Fitted to Passenger side): Telescopic Top Rack extension (600mm extension), including extension assembly fitted to 2 clamps. 2 x Extension clamp bars included in place of fixed clamps.
