Introducing the (V-0211) XV4MRTR-ET (400kg Rotate and Electric tilt, for curved glass), a professional industrial vacuum lifting solution.

Design: BGE CUSTOM VACUUM LIFTER Additional vacuum cups to be added to lifting frame so both circuits can hold load independently
Working Load Limit (WLL): WLL – 400kg when all cups are engaged
Tilt & Rotation: 360° manual rotation & 90° Electric tilt vacuum lidter for curved panels. Simultaneous 360° Manual Rotation and 90° Manual Tilt Electric tilt function. Push button controls actuate an electric linear actuator tilting frame from horizontal to Tilt controls/function operated via suzi-coil cable Pendant, – (Vacuum Apply/Release and Tilt controls override fitted within control cabinet.
Unit fitted with deep dish vacuum cups for curved glass
6 x 250mm dia. vacuum cups (Max-Min sizes to be Confirmed)
Inline Slide valves to disengage ALL cups when not in use. (valve type to be Confirmed)
XVO-ELT
– vertical. Action is momentary and can be stopped at varied angles.
– Pendant cable connects via a plug & socket to vacuum unit.
Vacuum apply and release controls including 2 stage operation fitted within Pendant.
– Default mode in case of damage to Pendant and/or cable is vacuum apply.
XVODVS
Twin head vacuum pump with independent vacuum circuits.
Equipment supplied with Plant safe documentation & Operators instructions.
