Introducing the Z 800-2672SO Glazing Body (T-1090), a sophisticated Step Over rack Combination designed to suit 14T GVM Hino trucks (approx. 5500mm Wheelbase). This robust glazing body measures approximately 2665mm high x 7200mm long, offering a multi-section configuration for optimized load management.

Configuration Details:

  • Front Pocket (Between Cabin and Rear Axle): Approx. 3.7m long x 2665mm high. Usable step, 200-250mm deep (approx.), dependent on vehicle and accessories. 5 x Deep hook Standard construction Clamp bars with 3 winders (10 in Total) per side.
  • Over Axle Step (Step up over Rear Axle): 1000mm long x 2200mm high. Usable step, 200-250mm deep (approx.), dependent on vehicle and accessories. 2 x Double hook Standard construction Clamp bars with 2 winders (4 in Total) per side.
  • Rear Pocket (Behind Rear Axle): Approx. 2.5m long x 2665mm high. Usable step, 200-250mm deep (approx.), dependent on vehicle and accessories. 2 x Double hook Standard construction Clamp bars with 3 winders (4 in Total) per side.

Construction Details:

  • Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied standard in a Painted Black finish.
  • Flooring: 25mm thick Exterior grade ply Flooring.
  • Sign Panels: Black Colourbond Sign panels along top of rack.
  • Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to custom BGE Aluminium support rails.
  • Side/Skirt Panels: Black Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
  • Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps.
  • Bumper: Aluminium Chequer plate Rear Bumper.

Additional Options:

  • ZO-FUEL NECK/TANK: Reposition original Fuel tank to rear of vehicle between Chassis Rails. Modify fuel filler neck, extend to rear wall of rack.
  • ZO-INT-1954SHCB: Internal Rack to one side, 1905mm high x 6000-7000mm long (approx.). Includes 7 clamp bars with 2 winders on each. Hybrid Spring Pin style restraints, enabling full use of load space within ‘A-Frame’. Location for Hybrid Clamp bars to fit every 500-600mm (approx.).
  • ZO-WUS: Walk-up’ Step assembly integrated into rear of Body.
  • ZO-CARGO TRACK-6: 3 Rows Cargo track up to 6m long to both sides of rack, including strap kit.
