Introducing the Z 800-2685SO Glazing Body (T-1240), an Open Rack – Step Over Axle design meticulously crafted to suit 14T GVM Hino Long trucks (6250mm Wheelbase). This robust glazing body features an impressive 2665mm high x 8500mm long (approx.) overall dimension, providing extensive capacity and a specialized multi-pocket configuration for diverse cargo management.

Configuration Details:

  • Front Pocket (Driver Side – Between Cabin and Rear Axle): Approx. 5.1m long x 2665mm high. Usable step, 250mm deep (approx.), dependent on vehicle and accessories. 5 x Deep hook Standard construction Clamp bars with 3 winders per side.
  • Over Axle Step (Driver Side – Step up over Rear Axle): 1000mm long x 1900mm high. Usable step, 250mm deep (approx.), dependent on vehicle and accessories. 2 x Double hook Standard construction Clamp bars with 2 winders (Step Over) to the one side.
  • Rear Pocket (Driver Side – Behind Rear Axle): Approx. 2.4m long x 2665mm high. Usable step, 250-350mm deep (approx.), dependent on vehicle and accessories. 2 x Double hook Standard construction Clamp bars with 3 winders per side.

Construction Details:

  • Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied standard in a Painted silver finish.
  • Flooring: 25mm Exterior grade timber Flooring.
  • Sign Panels: Aluminium Mill finish Sign panels along top of rack.
  • Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to custom BGE Aluminium support rails.
  • Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
  • Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps.

Additional Options:

  • ZO-INT-1980SHCB: Internal Rack to one side, 1905mm high x 8000mm long (approx.). Includes 9 clamp bars with 2 winders on each. Hybrid Spring Pin style restraints, enabling full use of load space within ‘A-Frame’. Location for Hybrid Clamp bars to fit every 500-600mm (approx.).
  • ZO-EXT-2400: Top Rack extension (600mm extension), including extension. 3 Piece Extensions fitted to both sides of front pocket (only). 10 x Extension clamp bars included in place of fixed clamps.
  • ZO-WUS: Walk-up’ Step assembly integrated into rear of Body.
  • ZO-RCB: Removable Top Centre bars for overhead crane access to rear (approx.) 6 modules.
  • ZO-CARGO TRACK-3: 3 Rows Cargo track 8m long to both external sides of rack, including strap kit. Straps fitted Ratchets, (8 x 2m) (8 x 3m) (6 x 4m) (6 x 5m).
