Introducing the Z 800-2675SO Glazing Body (T-1060), an Open Rack – Step Over Axle design specifically tailored to suit the FSD 120/140-260 LWB (WB-5560mm). This robust glazing body boasts an overall length of approximately 7600mm and a height of 2665mm, engineered for optimal load distribution and accessibility.

Configuration Details:

• Front Pocket (Both Sides – Between Cabin and Rear Axle): Approx. 4.1m long x 2665mm high.
• Front Pocket Usable Step: 240mm deep (approx.), dependent on vehicle and accessories.
• Front Pocket Clamp Bars: 5 x Deep hook Standard construction Clamp bars with 3 winders (10 in total) per side.
• Over Axle Step (Both Sides – Step up over Rear Axle): 1000mm long x 2100mm high.
• Over Axle Step Usable Step: 240mm deep (approx.), dependent on vehicle and accessories.
• Over Axle Clamp Bars: 2 x Double hook Standard construction Clamp bars with 2 winders (4 in total) per side.
• Rear Pocket (Both Sides – Behind Rear Axle): Approx. 2.45m long x 2665mm high.
• Rear Pocket Usable Step: 240mm-350mm deep (approx.), dependent on vehicle and accessories.
• Rear Pocket Clamp Bars: 2 x Double hook Standard construction Clamp bars with 3 winders (4 in total) per side.
• External Clamp Bars: All external Clamp bars fitted with tongue plate strap restraints.

Construction Details:

• Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied standard in a Painted Silver finish.
• Flooring: 3mm Steel Chequer plate floor.
• Sign Panels: Mill finish Aluminium Sign panels along top of rack.
• Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to custom BGE Aluminium support rails.
• Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels, with removable section for rear wheel access.
• Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps.
• Bumper: Aluminium Chequer plate Rear Bumper.
• Deflectors: Forward Deflector, 800mm high set at 15° to end of rack.
• Certification: Vehicle supplied with a VASS.

• Reduced Height Clamp Hook Angle: Additional reduced height clamp hook angle for shorter panels.
• Internal Racking Compatibility: Clamp bars from internal racking compatible with shorter angle (single J-Bracket).
• Under Step Hook Rail: For clamp bar Tongue strap restraints.
• ZO-INT-1970: Internal Rack, 1905mm high x 7500mm long (approx.), usable step depth 130mm (approx.). Includes 8 x clamp bars with 2 winders on each (per side). Racks fitted to both sides (16 x clamp bars in total).
• ZO-HSL: Hydraulic Stabilizer kit, push button electro action. 2 x Legs/Support, 1 per Side, independently operated. Controls fitted within cabin of vehicle.
• ZO-WUS: Walk-up’ Step assembly integrated into rear of Body.
• ZO-FUEL NECK/TANK: Relocate Fuel tank, to rear of chassis, modify fuel tank and fabricate custom fuel filler neck. Fit Skid plate/bars beneath tank and spare wheel to protect tank from damage.
• ZO-CARGO TRACK-6: 3 Rows Cargo track up to 7m long to both sides of rack (Externally only), including strap kit.
