This custom body features a unique configuration with a rack fitted to the Passenger side and a tray to the Driver side, offering versatile solutions for glazing professionals. It boasts a custom height of 2500mm high x 4400mm long (approx.), with a maximum glass height of 2430mm.

Configuration Details:

  • Rack/Tray Design: Single Side Rack Tray Combination. Rack fitted to Passenger side, Tray to Driver side.
  • Vehicle Suitability: 4.5T GVM Hino 616 Hybrid, 3.4m WB.
  • Dimensions: Custom height 2500mm high x 4400mm long (approx.). Max glass height 2430mm.
  • Full-length Rack: Step depth approx. 130mm usable step.
  • Clamp Bars: 5 x Custom 2500mm high clamp bars, including 3 x winders per bar.
  • J-Bracket: Standard J-Bracket to top of Clamp bar (Overall 235mm), with a 60mm tongue at the base.
  • Winder System: Provision for 3 x Winders/Gearboxes per bar, evenly spaced. Turn wheels fitted to all gearboxes, 250mm Thrust arm.
  • Tray Space: Vertical backrest to inner side of rack. Tray space approx. 4400mm long x 1300mm. Merbau decking board flooring.
  • Headboard: Fitted to front of rack and tray.
  • Tie Rail: Steel RHS combing level with floor with full length tie rail along side and across rear.
  • Tailgates: Removable tail gate and Side gate enclosing tray space.

Construction Details:

  • Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied in a White finish.
  • Sign Panels: White Colourbond finish Sign panels along top of rack.
  • Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to custom BGE Aluminium support rails.
  • Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels with removable panel for access to rear wheels.
  • Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps.
  • Bumper: Aluminium Chequer plate panelled Rear Bumper.
  • Deflectors: Forward Deflector, 800mm high set at 15° to end of rack.
  • Certification: VASS included.

  • ZO-INT-1944 (Fitted to Inner/Tray Side): Internal rack, 1905mm high x 4400mm (approx.) long, usable step depth of approx. 130mm. Includes 5 x 1905mm Standard Clamp bars with 2 winders per bar.
