Single Side Rack (T-1149)

Introducing the Z 800-1324SSR 8 Series Single Side Bolt-on Rack (T-1149), expertly designed for Driver Side fitment. This full-length rack measures 1320mm high x 2200mm long, offering a usable step of approximately 130mm. Unique features include a full panel past the rear axle without a removable access panel, and a slight angled upright to the backside of the rack.

Key Features:

• Design: 8 Series Single Side Bolt-on Rack, fitted to Driver Side.
• Dimensions: 1320mm high x 2200mm long, usable step approx. 130mm.
• Clamp Bars: Full-length rack with 2 clamp bars (including 2 winders on each bar), plus 3 x Standard 1320mm high clamp bars.
• J-Bracket: Standard J-Bracket to top of Clamp bar (Overall 235mm), with a 60mm tongue at base of clamp bar.
• Winder System: Provision for 2 x Winders/Gearboxes per bar, evenly spaced. Turn wheels fitted to all gearboxes, 250mm Thrust arm.
• Panel Design: Full panel past rear axle, no removable access panel to access rear wheel. Slight angled upright to backside of rack.

Construction Details:

• Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied in a custom (Grey) finish.
• Sign Panels: Grey Sign panels along top of rack.
• Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to BGE Aluminium support rails in a Grey finish.
• Side/Skirt Panels: Grey finish Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
• Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps, with a Grey Aluminium Angle deflector panel to the front of the step, 800mm high.

Additional Options:

• ZO-EXT-2400: Telescopic Top Rack extension (600mm extension), including extension assembly fitted to 2 clamps. 3 x Extension clamp bars included in place of fixed clamps.
