Single Side Rack (T-1127)

Introducing the Z 800-1924SSR 8 Series Single Side Bolt-on Rack (T-1127), specifically designed for Passenger Side fitment on an Isuzu D-Max One Tonner. This robust rack offers dimensions of 1320mm high x 2400mm long, with a usable step of approximately 130mm, providing excellent utility and access.

Key Features:

• Design: 8 Series Single Side Bolt-on Rack, fitted to Passenger Side of Isuzu D-Max One Tonner.
• Dimensions: 1320mm high x 2400mm long, usable step approx. 130mm.
• Access: Removable access panel to access rear wheels.
• Clamp Bars: 2 x Standard 1320mm high clamp bars.
• J-Bracket: Standard J-Bracket to top of Clamp bar (Overall 235mm), with a 60mm tongue at base of clamp bar.
• Winder System: Provision for 2 x Winders/Gearboxes per bar, evenly spaced. Turn wheels fitted to all gearboxes, 250mm Thrust arm.

Construction Details:

• Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied in a Silver finish.
• Sign Panels: Aluminium Mill finish Sign panels along top of rack.
• Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to custom BGE Aluminium support rails.
• Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
• Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps, with a Mill finish Aluminium Angle deflector panel to the front of the step, 800mm high. Front and rear steps of rack set to 15° Angle.

Additional Options:

• ZO-INT-1324SSR: Internal rack, approx. 1320mm high x 2400mm long, usable step depth of approx. 130mm. Includes 2 x standard 1320mm clamp bars with 2 winders on each bar.
• ZO-EXT-2400: Telescopic Top Rack extension (600mm extension), including extension assembly fitted to 2 clamps. 2 x Extension clamp bars included in place of fixed clamps.
• Rear Backboard/Hoop: Steel RHS hoop across rear of tray level with headboard of tray for overlength storage. Hoop is bolted to internal face of rack and to flooring in opposite side of tray.
