Single Side Rack (T-0921)

Introducing the Z 800-1924SSR 8 Series Single Side Bolt-on Rack (T-0921), designed for Passenger Side fitment. This full-length rack measures 1905mm high x 2400mm long, with a usable step of approximately 130mm, providing a secure and efficient solution for material transport. A unique modification includes cutting down and modifying the existing tray tailgate to close up against the internal upright.

Key Features:

• Design: 8 Series Single Side Bolt-on Rack, fitted to Passenger Side.
• Dimensions: 1905mm high x 2400mm long, usable step approx. 130mm.
• Clamp Bars: Full-length rack with 2 clamp bars, including 2 winders on each bar.
• Access: Removable access panel to access rear wheels.
• Modifications: Existing Tray tailgate to be cut down and modified to close up against internal upright.

Construction Details:

• Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied in a White finish.
• Sign Panels: White Colourbond Sign panels along top of rack.
• Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to custom BGE Aluminium support rails.
• Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
• Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps.

Additional Options:

• ZO-INT-1324SSR: Internal rack, 1320mm high x 2400mm long, usable step depth of approx. 130mm. Includes 2 x 1320mm clamp bars with 2 winders on each bar.
• ZO-GATE: Swing gate, RHS frame with mesh backing, fitted within ‘A-cavity’ of External and Internal rack. Gate hinged from external rack side (Pass side). Self locking pool gate latch to close gate.
