Introducing the Z 800-4OR4OT Open Hybrid Rack-Tray Glazing Body (T-1237), specifically designed to suit the Isuzu FRD 110-240 (5320mm WB). This versatile body features a hybrid rack-tray combination, with an approximate total length of 6900mm and a height of 2665mm, optimizing both loading capacity and accessibility.

Front Pocket (Between Cabin and Rear Axle):

• Dimensions: Approx. 4m long x 2665mm high.
• Usable Step: 200-250mm deep (approx.), dependent on vehicle and accessories.
• Clamp Bars: 4 x Deep hook Standard construction Clamp bars with 3 winders per side.
• Winder System: All gearbox winders up to 2m high to be fitted with Turn wheels.

Rear Section (Over Axle through to Rear of Truck):

• Design: Open tray space 3.2m (approx.) x 2.45m wide.
• Flooring: 25mm Exterior grade Merbau plank flooring with 15mm combing. Boards to run across tray.

Construction Details:

• Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied standard in a Painted silver finish.
• Flooring: 25mm thick Merbau plank Flooring.
• Sign Panels: Aluminium Mill finish Sign panels along top of rack.
• Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to custom BGE Aluminium support rails.
• Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
• Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps.
• Bumper: Aluminium Chequer plate Rear Bumper.
• Deflectors: Forward Deflectors, 800mm high set at 15° to end of rack.
• Certification: VASS included.

• ZO-INT-1940 (To Drivers Side): Internal Rack, 1905mm high x 4000mm long, usable step depth 130mm (approx.). Includes 4 x clamp bars with 2 winders on each bar (per side).
