One Tonner Body (T-0805)

This high-capacity one tonner glazing body is custom-built for the Mazda BT-50, featuring an increased height for taller glass loads. Equipped with a lockable pull-out drawer and leafing bar provisions, it provides a comprehensive and secure transport system for any glazing fleet.

• One Tonne Glazing body – to suit Mazda BT-50
• 2200mm high x 2400mm long (approx.), width 130mm usable step.
• 4 x standard 2200mm high clamp bars (2 per side), including 2 x winders per bar.
• Custom powder-coated finish (Green Leaf).
• Exterior grade ply flooring.
• Forward deflector, 600mm high set at 15° to end of rack.
• ZO-P/O DRAWER: Lockable, pull-out drawer fitted within chassis rails.
• ZO-TIE RAILS: Restraint strapping provision bars fitted vertically to the ends of the rack.
• ZO-LEAFING BAR: Leafing bar provision bars underneath loading step.
• Towbar cut-out option.
• Aluminium chequer plate rear bumper.
• Removable panel for access to rear wheels.
• Vehicle supplied with VASS (Engineering certificate).
