Offset Saddle Rack (T-0520)

Introducing the Z 800-1924SR-S 8 Series Offset Saddle Rack (T-0520), an innovative solution meticulously designed for One Tonne tray vehicles. This custom side rack offers an offset configuration with distinct specifications for the driver and passenger sides to optimize utility and access.

Driver’s Side Specifications (Past rear axle):

• Height & Length: 1550mm high x 2400mm long, with a usable step of approximately 130mm.
• Access: Features a removable access panel for convenient access to rear wheels.
• Clamp Bars: Includes 2 x Custom 1550mm high clamp bars, each fitted with 2 x winders.
• J-Bracket: Standard J-Bracket to top of Clamp bar (Overall 235mm), with a 60mm tongue at the base.
• Winder System: Provision for 2 x Winders/Gearboxes per bar, evenly spaced, complete with turn wheels and 250mm Thrust arm.

Passenger’s Side Specifications (Over top of tray):

• Height & Length: 1320mm high x 2400mm long, with a usable step of approximately 130mm.
• Clamp Bars: Includes 2 x Standard 1320mm high clamp bars, each fitted with 2 x winders.
• J-Bracket: Standard J-Bracket to top of Clamp bar (Overall 235mm), with a 60mm tongue at the base.
• Winder System: Provision for 2 x Winders/Gearboxes per bar, evenly spaced, complete with turn wheels and 250mm Thrust arm.

Construction Details:

• Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied in a Silver finish.
• Sign Panels: Mill finish Aluminium Sign panels along the top of the rack.
• Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to custom BGE Aluminium support rails.
• Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
• Wheel Access: Removable panel for access to rear wheels.
• Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps, with a Mill finish Aluminium Angle deflector panel to the front of the step, 800mm high.
