Introducing the Z 800-2245-HO Glazing Body (T-1078), a 3/4 – Hack out style solution specifically designed to suit the Hino 616 Std. with a 3375mm wheelbase. This innovative glazing body measures approximately 2200mm high x 4500mm long, offering a versatile configuration for material transport and storage.

Configuration Details:

  • Rack Type: 3/4 – Hack out style Glazing body.
  • Vehicle Suitability: Hino 616 Std. WB = 3375mm.
  • Dimensions: 2200mm high x 4500mm long (approx.).
  • Driver Side Rack: Full-length 4.7m long, with Approx. 130-145mm usable step.
  • Passenger Side Rack: Half length rack 2.4m, with Approx. 130-145mm usable step.
  • Tray Space: To rear/passenger side. Tray section exterior plyboard wrapped in Marine carpet approx. 1.2m wide x 2.1m long.
  • Driver Side Supports: Exterior rack supports fitted along track space. Supports set at angled backrest for timber panel storage (No rubber backing or steps).
  • Tie Rails: 2 x Tie rails fitted to internal backrest supports.
  • Clamp Bars: 7 x Standard 2200mm high clamp bars (5 x Driver side, 2 x Passenger side).
  • J-Bracket: Standard J-Bracket to top of Clamp bar (Overall 235mm), with a 60mm tongue at the base.
  • Winder System: Provision for 2 x Winders/Gearboxes per bar, evenly spaced. Turn wheels fitted to all gearboxes, 250mm Thrust arm.

Construction Details:

  • Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied standard in a Painted finish (White).
  • Flooring: Merbau decking board flooring.
  • Sign Panels: White Colourbond sign panels along top of rack.
  • Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to Custom BGE (Mill finish) Aluminium support rails.
  • Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
  • Access: Removable panel for access to rear wheels.
  • Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps.
  • Bumper: Aluminium Chequer plate panelled Rear Bumper.
  • Deflectors: Forward Deflector, 800mm high set at 15° to end of rack.
  • Certification: VASS included.

  • ZO-ENC-5 (Fitted to Driver side): Enclosed Cabin section approx. 1.6m long x 400mm wide to Driver side rack, front end of rack. Features White Colourbond panelling with 2 x access Barn door to rear. Includes interior LED lighting. Plyboard sheet flooring within cabin section.
  • ZO-P/O DRAWER: Pull out Storage Drawer within Chassis rails (Approx. 2.4m long x 700mm wide dependant on vehicle).
