Glazing Body for Mercedes Sprinter Twin Cab (T-1067)

Introducing the Z 800-2636 Glazing Body (T-1067), a custom solution from BGE designed to suit the Mercedes Sprinter Twin cab (4325mm WB). This glazing body measures approximately 2665mm high x 3600mm long, featuring a usable step of 120mm for safe and efficient operation.

Key Features:

• Design: Z 800-2636 BGE custom Glazing body.
• Vehicle Suitability: Mercedes Sprinter Twin cab (4325mm WB).
• Dimensions: 2665mm high x 3600mm long (approx.), Usable Step 120mm.
• Clamp Bars: 10 x Standard 2665mm high clamp bars, including 3 x winders per bar. Standard J-Bracket to top of Clamp bar (Overall 235mm), with a 60mm tongue at the base. Provision for 3 x Winders/Gearboxes per bar, evenly spaced. Turn wheels fitted to all gearboxes, 250mm Thrust arms.

Construction Details:

• Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied standard in a Painted White finish.
• Flooring: Exterior grade plyboard Flooring / 19mm thick Merbau plank Flooring.
• Sign Panels: White Colourbond Sign panels along top of rack.
• Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to custom BGE Aluminium support rails.
• Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
• Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps.
• Bumper: Aluminium Chequer plate Rear Bumper.
• Deflectors: Forward Deflector, 800mm high set at 15° to end of rack.
• Certification: Includes VASS inspection/certificate.

Additional Options:

• ZO-CARGO TRACK-1 (Additional Restraint System): 3 Rows Cargo track up to 4.4m long to both sides of rack (Externally only), including strap kit. Additional Track fitted to internal face of cargo track mounts.
