Introducing the Z 800-2236 Glazing Body (T-1256), meticulously designed to suit the Isuzu NMR 60-150 SWB (2490mm). This robust glazing body features a custom height of 2470mm high x 3200mm long (approx.), with a full-length rack and an approximate 130mm usable step. It is capable of accommodating glass up to 2400mm high.

  • J-Bracket: Standard J-Bracket to top of Clamp bar (Overall 235mm), with a 60mm tongue at the base. Provision for 2 x Winders/Gearboxes per bar, evenly spaced. Turn wheels fitted to all gearboxes, 250mm Thrust arm.

Construction Details:

  • Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied standard in a Painted finish (White).
  • Flooring: 19mm thick Merbau plank Flooring.
  • Sign Panels: White Colourbond Sign panels along top of rack.
  • Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to Custom BGE (Mill finish) Aluminium support rails.
  • Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
  • Access: Removable panel for access to rear wheels.
  • Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps.
  • Bumper: Aluminium Chequer plate panelled Rear Bumper.
  • Deflectors: Forward Deflector, 800mm high set at 15° to end of rack.
  • Certification: VASS included.

Additional Options:

  • Beading/Gasket Storage: Hinged gasket roll holder, pivots from one end outwards for stocking access. Locks when in home position. Fitted to Passenger side above ladder storage to rear 2 module spacings.
  • Ladder Storage: Ladder storage to Passenger side raised approx. 600mm from tray along hanging supports.
  • ZO-FNO: Custom fuel filler neck modification, filler relocated between front of rack and behind cabin.
  • ZO-ENC-6 (Fitted to One Side only): Enclosed locker/cabinet section to Driver side behind cabin. Approx 1200-1500mm wide x 600mm deep, full height. Colourbond sheeted walls and roof, with plyboard flooring. Swing door to central front of locker, accessible from within A-Frame/tray space.
