Glazing Body for Hino 616 Wide Cab (T-1059)

Introducing the Z 800-2644 Glazing Body (T-1059), specifically designed to suit the 4.5T GVM MWB Hino 616 Wide Cab (WB 3430mm). This full-length rack measures an approximate 2665mm high x 4400mm long, featuring an approximate 130mm usable step for efficient and secure material handling.

• Design: Z 800-2644 Glazing body, full-length rack.
• Vehicle Suitability: 4.5T GVM MWB Hino 616 Wide Cab (WB 3430mm).
• Dimensions: 2665mm high x 4400mm long (approx.), Approx. 130mm usable step.
• Clamp Bars: 10 x Standard 2665mm high clamp bars (5 per side), including 3 x winders per bar.
• J-Bracket: Standard J-Bracket to top of Clamp bar (Overall 235mm), with a 60mm tongue at the base. Provision for 2 x Winders/Gearboxes per bar, evenly spaced. Turn wheels fitted to all gearboxes, 250mm Thrust arm.

Construction Details:

• Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied standard in a Painted finish (Silver).
• Flooring: Merbau decking board flooring.
• Sign Panels: Mill finish Aluminium Sign panels along top of rack.
• Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to Custom BGE (Mill finish) Aluminium support rails.
• Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
• Access: Removable panel for access to rear wheels.
• Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps.
• Bumper: Aluminium Chequer plate panelled Rear Bumper.
• Deflectors: Forward Deflector, 800mm high set at 15° to end of rack.
• Certification: VASS included.

Additional Options:

• ZO-INT-1944 (Fitted to Passenger side): Internal rack, 1905mm high x 4400mm long, usable step depth of approx. 130mm. Includes 5 x 1905mm clamp bars with 2 winders on each bar.
• ZO-CARGO TRACK-10 (Additional Restraint System): 2 Rows Cargo track up to 4m long to both sides of rack (Externally only), including strap kit.
