Introducing the Z 800-2650 Glazing Body (T-1007), specifically designed to suit the Hino 616 Wide cab 300 series with a 3,430mm wheelbase. This robust glazing body stands at an approximate 2665mm high x 4800mm long, offering exceptional capacity and secure transport for glass and panels.

Key Features:

  • Design: Z 800-2650 Glazing body, full-length rack.
  • Vehicle Suitability: Hino 616 Wide cab 300 series, WB = 3,430mm.
  • Dimensions: 2665mm high x 4800mm long (approx.).
  • Clamp Bars: 5 x clamp bars per side (10 bars in total), each with 3 winders. All gearbox winders up to 2m high fitted with Turn wheels.
  • Step: Usable step approx. 130mm.

Construction Details:

  • Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied standard in a Painted Silver finish.
  • Flooring: 19mm thick Merbau plank Flooring.
  • Sign Panels: Mill finish Aluminium Sign panels along top of rack.
  • Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to custom BGE Aluminium support rails.
  • Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels, with removable section for rear wheel access.
  • Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps.
  • Bumper: Aluminium Chequer plate Rear Bumper.
  • Deflectors: Forward Deflectors, 800mm high set at 15° to end of rack.
  • Camera Integration: HINO reversing camera to be fitted by BGE recessed within rear panel.
  • Certification: VASS included.

  • Internal Tie Rails: 2 Rows of internal Tie rails fitted to inner face of internal upright supports (Both Sides).
  • ZO-RTCB: Removable Top Horizontal members of A-Frame. Rear 3 modules with removable top centre bars.
