Introducing the Z 800-2244 Glazing Body (T-1042), meticulously designed to suit a 4.5T GVM Truck. This full-length rack measures an approximate 2200mm high x 4400mm long, featuring an approximate 130mm usable step for efficient and secure material handling.

  • Clamp Bars: 10 x Standard 2200mm high clamp bars (5 per side), including 3 x winders per bar. Standard J-Bracket to top of Clamp bar (Overall 235mm), with a 60mm tongue at the base. Provision for 3 x Winders/Gearboxes per bar, one centre divider evenly spaced. 2 winders fitted below centre divider, 1 above. Turn wheels fitted to all gearboxes, 250mm Thrust arm.

Construction Details:

  • Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied standard in a Painted finish (Silver).
  • Flooring: Exterior grade Merbau decking board flooring.
  • Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to Custom BGE (Mill finish) Aluminium support rails.
  • Sign Panels: No Sign panels fitted.
  • Side/Skirt Panels: (Silver) Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
  • Access: Removable panel for access to rear wheels.
  • Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps.
  • Bumper: Aluminium Chequer plate panelled Rear Bumper.
  • Deflectors: Forward Deflector, 800mm high set at 15° to end of rack.
  • Certification: VASS included.

  • Tow Bar Provision: Provision for Tow bar within rear step.
  • ZO-ENC-1: Enclosed Cabin section approx. 1.2m long to front section of rack, featuring White Colourbond panelling with Barn door to rear Including interior LED lighting. Provision within Passenger side for custom tool box accessible from outer side of rack.
  • ZO-EXT-2400 (Fitted to Passenger side): Full length 2 piece Top Rack extension (600mm extension), fitted to one side of rack. 5 x Extension clamp bars included in place of fixed clamps.
  • ZO-INT-1332 (Fitted to Driver side): Internal rack, 1320mm high x 3200mm long, usable step depth of approx. 130mm. Includes 5 x 1320mm clamp bars with 2 winders on each bar.
  • ZO-TG: Rear Tailgate.
  • ZO-P/O TABLE: Rear Pull out Work Table, fitted within chassis rails of rack, hidden behind hinged rear panel. Approx. 700-1000mm wide x 2400mm long. Table rolls out and is self supported up to 60kg.
  • ZO-CARGO TRACK-10 (Additional Restraint System): 2 Rows Cargo track up to 4.5m long to both sides of rack (Externally only), including strap kit.
