Introducing the Z 800-4ER5ET Fully Enclosed Hybrid Glazing Body (T-1204), a sophisticated solution designed to suit the Isuzu FVL 240 – 300 (WB 6470). This unique body features a full-length design with approximately 9m curtains showcasing ‘Custom’ signage, an enclosed rack section (approx. 4m long), and an enclosed tray (approx. 5m) to the rear. The structure includes Colourbond paneled front/rear walls and roof with barn doors to the rear.

Enclosed Front Pocket (Between Cabin and Rear Axle):

  • Dimensions: Approx. 4.1m long x 2800mm high (max glass height).
  • Usable Step: 250-300mm deep (approx.), double slot, dependent on vehicle and accessories.
  • Clamp Bars: 10 x Double hook Clamp bars in total (5 x per side), including 3 winders to each bar. T-Handles to upper and centre gearboxes (450mm Thrust arm). Turn wheel to lower gearbox (330mm Thrust arm). Side locking angle to all gearboxes.

Enclosed Rear Section (Over Axle through to Rear of Truck):

  • Design: Fully enclosed tray space 4.8mtr (approx.) x 2.45m wide.
  • Flooring: 25mm Exterior grade Plyboard flooring with 15mm combing.
  • Access: Barn doors to rear of tray.

Construction Details:

  • Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied standard in a Painted silver finish.
  • Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to custom BGE Aluminium support rails.
  • Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
  • Certification: VASS included.

Additional Options:

  • ZO-H4GW: Hydraulic Gull Wing Roof approx. 4000mm long both sides (allowing overhead crane access to front pocket), with push button function.
  • ZO-HSL2: BGE manufactured, Hydraulic Stabilizer kit, push button electro action. Hydraulic cylinder mounted/supported within RHS steel housing/splint. 2 x Legs/Support, 1 per Side, independently operated. Controls within cabin of vehicle.
  • ZO-INT-1970 (One Side – Driver Side): Internal Rack, 1905mm high x 4mm long, usable step 150-200mm (approx.). Includes 4 x clamp bars with 2 winders on each bar (per side).
  • ZO-CARGO TRACK-6: 3 Rows Cargo track 5m (approx.) long to both external sides of rack, including strap kit. Includes 4 x 3m straps, 4 x 4m straps, 4 x 5m straps.
  • ZO-GRAB-MAN: Step risers for grab loading & wind out pads.
