Enclosed Rack Open Tray Hybrid Body for Isuzu FXY240-350 (T-1173)

Introducing the Z 800-4ER5OT Enclosed Hybrid Glazing Body (T-1173), a sophisticated solution designed to suit the Isuzu FXY240-350 AUTO LWB 6010mm. This unique body features an enclosed rack section with an open tray into the rear, offering versatile transport and work capabilities. It comes with full-length curtains featuring custom signage, and Colourbond paneled front/rear walls and roof with a roller to the rear.

Enclosed Front Pocket (Between Cabin and Rear Axle):

• Dimensions: Approx. 4m long x 2800mm high (max glass height).
• Usable Step: 250-300mm deep (approx.), double slot, dependent on vehicle and accessories.
• Clamp Bars: 10 x Double hook Clamp bars in total (5 x per side), including 3 winders to each bar. T-Handles to upper and centre gearboxes (450mm Thrust arm). Turn wheel to lower gearbox (330mm Thrust arm). Side locking angle to all gearboxes.

Rear Section (Over Axle through to Rear of Truck):

• Design: Open tray space 4.7mtr (approx.) x 2.45m wide.
• Flooring: Steel Chequer plate flooring level with 19mm combing.
• Access: Barn doors to rear of tray.

Construction Details:

• Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied standard in a Painted silver finish.
• Sign Panels: Aluminium Mill finish Sign panels along top of rack.
• Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to custom BGE Aluminium support rails.
• Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
• Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps.
• Bumper: Aluminium Chequer plate Rear Bumper.

• ZO-H4GW: Hydraulic Gull Wing Roof approx. 4000mm long both sides (allowing overhead crane access to front pocket), with push button function.
• ZO-INT-1944 (Both Sides): Internal Rack, 1905mm high x 4000mm long, usable step depth 130mm (approx.). Includes 5 x clamp bars with 2 winders on each bar (per side).
• ZO-CARGO TRACK-1: 3 Rows Cargo track up to 4m long to (externally) both sides of rack, including strap kit.
