Introducing the Z 800-2236 Dual Cab Glazing Body (T-1219), meticulously designed to suit the Hino 616 AT Crew Cab (WB-3870mm). This robust glazing body features a standard height of 2200mm high x 3600mm long (approx.), with a full-length rack and an approximate 130mm usable step.

Key Features:

  • Design: Z 800-2236 Glazing body, full-length rack.
  • Vehicle Suitability: Hino 616 AT Crew Cab (WB-3870mm).
  • Dimensions: Standard height 2200mm high x 3600mm long (approx.).
  • Usable Step: Approx. 130mm.
  • Clamp Bars: 6 x Standard 2200mm high clamp bars (3 per side), including 2 x winders per bar.
  • J-Bracket: Standard J-Bracket to top of Clamp bar (Overall 235mm), with a 60mm tongue at the base.
  • Winder System: Provision for 2 x Winders/Gearboxes per bar, evenly spaced. Turn wheels fitted to all gearboxes, 250mm Thrust arm.

Construction Details:

  • Frame: Pre-coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied standard in a Painted finish (White).
  • Flooring: 19mm thick Merbau plank Flooring.
  • Sign Panels: NO Sign panels along top of rack.
  • Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to Custom BGE (Mill finish) Aluminium support rails.
  • Side/Skirt Panels: White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
  • Access: Removable panel for access to rear wheels.
  • Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps.
  • Bumper: Aluminium Chequer plate panelled Rear Bumper.
  • Deflectors: Forward Deflector, 800mm high set at 15° to end of rack.
  • Certification: VASS included.
  • Clearance: Clearance between flooring and module upper horizontal 1800mm.

Additional Options:

  • ZO-EXT-2400 (Fitted to One side): Full length 2 piece Top Rack extension (600mm extension), fitted to one side of rack. Including extension assembly fitted to 3 clamp bars.
