Introducing the Z 800-VR-2 Double Sided Internal Van Racking (T-0943), meticulously designed for the Mercedes Sprinter LWB. This robust system features Duragal construction with Aluminium top hats and keyed rubber continuous extrusions, providing a secure and versatile solution for glass transport and storage within your van. The racking is supplied in a powder-coated Silver finish, with Aluminium/Colourbond panels.

Driver’s Side Rack:

• Dimensions: 1800mm high x 4000mm long (approx.).
• Usable Step: Approx. 200mm.
• Shelving Provision: ‘A-Frame internal cavity’ provision for 2 x narrow shelving (Over wheel arch & Centrally).
• Backrest: Angled backrest with rubber lined horizontal support rails.
• Clamp Bars: 5 x custom 1800mm high clamp bars with 2 winders per bar.

Internal Van Rack Shelving (Z 800-VR-INT-S):

• Construction: Duragal. Supplied in a Silver finish (powder coated).
• Shelves: 7 spaced shelves, folded galvanized sheet bases with front and rear lips, to suit custom boxes.
• Tool Storage: Front 900mm section allocated for tool storage, 3 shelves inline with tub storage heights.
• Modules: 4 modules within framework.
• Dimensions: 1400mm high x 2700mm long x 500mm deep.
• Tapered Front Face: Enables support for leaning panels.
• Restraint: Strapping loops fitted to ends of rack for additional panel restraint.
