Custom Saddle Rack (T-1068)

Introducing the Z 800-1924SR-S 8 Series Offset Saddle Rack (T-1068), meticulously designed for One Tonne tray/trailer setups. This custom side rack boasts dimensions of 1905mm high x 2400mm long, featuring a usable step of approximately 130mm for easy access.

Key Features:

• Design: 8 Series Offset Saddle Rack, straight upright to backside of rack.
• Dimensions: 1905mm high x 2400mm long, usable step approx. 130mm.
• Access: Removable access panel to access rear wheels.
• Clamp Bars: 2 x Standard 1905mm high clamp bars, including 2 x winders per bar.
• J-Bracket: Standard J-Bracket to top of Clamp bar (Overall 235mm), 60mm tongue at base of clamp bar.
• Winders/Gearboxes: Provision for 2 x Winders/Gearboxes per bar, evenly spaced, with Turn wheels fitted to all gearboxes, 250mm Thrust arm.
• Construction: Pre coated Duragal Steel frame construction, supplied in a Silver finish.
• Panels: Mill finish Aluminium Sign panels along top of rack, White Colourbond Lower Side/Skirt Panels.
• Cushioning: Continuous Rubber Cushioning Mouldings fitted to custom BGE Aluminium support rails.
• Steps: High density Channel rubber fitted to steps, Mill finish Aluminium Angle deflector panel to front of step, 800mm high.

Additional Options:

• ZO-INT-1324SSR: Internal rack, approx. 1320mm high (Dependant on outer rack height) x 2400mm long, usable step depth of approx. 130mm. Includes 2 x custom 1320mm clamp bars with 2 winders on each bar.
• ZO-EXT-2400: Telescopic Top Rack extension (600mm extension), including ext. assembly fitted to 2 clamps. 2 x Extension clamp bars included in place of fixed clamps.
• ZO-CARGO TRACK-8: Secondary restraint system to assist with forward and rearward restraint. 2 Rows Cargo track 2.4m long rack face, including strap kit.
