Custom Double Sided Van Racking (T-1201)

Introducing the Z 800-VR Custom Double Sided Internal Van Racking (T-1201), a highly versatile and secure solution for transporting glass and other materials within your van. This system features distinct racking configurations for both the Driver and Passenger sides, optimized for functionality and accessibility.

Driver’s Side Rack:

• Design: Single Side Fixed Internal Van rack.
• Dimensions: 1800mm high x 2800mm long.
• Shelving: 6 x rows Aluminium Top hat section. Continual long shelf through centre of rack.
• Installation: Fixed rack fitted within van, bolted to floor space.
• Storage: 1 x storage cavities for Ladders.
• Restraint: Lanyard/Tether fixing points, set at 2 heights x 3 intervals (6 in total).

Passenger’s Side Rack:

• Design: Fixed Rack.
• Dimensions: 1800mm high x 1800mm long (approx.).
• Shelving: 7 x rows Aluminium Top hat section, heights specified by customer. 6 x rows Aluminium Top hat section. Continual long shelf through centre of rack.
• Installation: Fixed rack fitted within van, bolted to floor space.
• Storage: 1 x storage cavities for Ladders.
• Restraint: Lanyard/Tether fixing points, set at 2 heights x 3 intervals (6 in total).

Additional Restraint System (ZO-CARGO TRACK-10):

• 1 Row Cargo track up to 3m long to both sides of rack, including strap kit.
• Strap Kit: 2 x 3m straps (with either Ratchets), 2 x 4m straps (with either Ratchets).

Flooring:

• Timber flooring through centre cavity of rack space, lined with Marine carpet.
• Slotted track within carpet flooring section. Ratchet restraint bars lock in to track and hook over upper angle fitted to rack.
